These terms govern the use of castrodefense.com, operated by CASTRO DEFENSE Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada de Capital Variable (“Castro Defense”), based in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Purpose of the site
The site provides information about Castro Defense’s services: digital forensics, legal defense, drone pilot training, advisory and paperwork for the permit issued by SEDENA (Mexico’s Ministry of National Defense) to keep a firearm at home, and counter-drone systems. It also lets you send messages, quote requests and case evaluation requests.
2. Content is for information only, not legal advice
The site’s pages, articles and FAQs are general and for information only. They are not legal, technical or forensic advice for any specific case and do not replace a professional review of your situation. Regulations change: before making a decision, check the official sources we cite or contact us.
3. Using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship
Browsing the site, sending a form, email or WhatsApp message, or receiving an initial reply does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other service relationship. That relationship exists only once both parties sign the corresponding contract. Until then, Castro Defense does not take on the representation of your matter or the monitoring of your legal deadlines. Fee terms described on the site are for information; only the terms of the signed contract bind the parties.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Castro Defense does not guarantee the outcome of any legal proceeding, the conclusion of any expert report, the approval of any SEDENA application, or the issuance of registrations, authorizations or licenses by AFAC, Mexico’s Federal Civil Aviation Agency. Those outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence and each authority’s decision.
5. Counter-drone catalog
The catalog is for information only and is not an offer for sale. It shows no prices. Specifications and images are for reference and must be confirmed in a formal quote. The equipment is offered only to government agencies and to clients with the legal authorization to acquire and operate it; every sale is subject to verification of that authorization and to applicable law, and Castro Defense may decline any request. In Mexico, equipment that blocks or cancels radio signals is prohibited except in the cases provided by law.
6. Firearms
Castro Defense provides an advisory and paperwork service. It does not sell, store or transport firearms or ammunition. Purchases take place only at SEDENA’s arms sales directorate (DCAM), and approval depends solely on Mexico’s Ministry of National Defense.
7. Drones
Castro Defense training does not replace the registration, authorizations or licenses issued by AFAC.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Provide truthful information in the forms.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to the site’s systems, accounts or data, or interfere with its operation.
- Not send malicious code or unsolicited bulk messages.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, the Castro Defense brand and other site content belong to Castro Defense or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page. Any other use requires written permission.
10. Links to other sites
The site links to official and third-party sites, such as gob.mx, dof.gob.mx or WhatsApp. Castro Defense does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
11. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Castro Defense is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based solely on its informational content.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
